ProAd Product Administration System

RoAd Roll Administration System for Paper and Board Mills

RoAd enables managing paper rolls comprehensively and per piece from machine reel via winder, wrapping and sheeting all the way to warehouse and shipping. All the equipment related to the line can be integrated to the system. Roll processing, weighing, packaging and marking are done according to the customers’ requirements. The system provides a detailed report including all information related to the proceeding and treatment of each roll.

RoAd is a perfect solution for seamless co-operation of production planning and roll finishing. RoAd is based on DNAroAd System, which was originally developed by Metso.

RoAd Roll Administration System for Printing Houses

RoAd System enables managing paper roll handling  process in printing houses comprehensively from vehicle unloading all the way to reelstand. The system monitors and controls the roll handling based on the production planning data. RoAd takes care of both the roll routing as well as the storage handling throughout the roll handling process. Roll logistics control with daily storage and printing machine reelstand is conducted according to the data from the production planning and printing machine. RoAd offers easy and flexible way of managing roll handling process taking into consideration the individual needs of the customer and the process.
