Condition monitoring systems monitor the process and the production equipment continuously and inform of any deviations which may indicate a fault or disturbance in the operation of the equipment.

For over ten man-years we have been actively involved in the product development and project management of the Sensodec 6S system using the Labview application development environment. The system measures vibrations and, based on the measurement results, automatically analyzes possible disturbances and their causes.
