Protacon strenghtens its operations in the north of Finland by acquiring Futeco Ltd’s business operations

Protacon has acquired the business operations of Futeco Ltd located in Oulu.
With this acquisition Protacon strengthens its measurement and information system (MIS) operations. Futeco Ltd’s founder, Mr. Matti Leino, will take the position as Protacon Group’s new area manager in the Oulu region.
”Our Group already had a team of five professionals in Siikajoki. This acquisition is an excellent ground for boosting our MIS operations as well as developing our other lines of business in Oulu and in the northern Finland,” states Protacon Engineering Ltd’s CEO Timo Akselin.

Futeco Ltd is a Finnish company specialized in industrial production software and wireless data collection systems. Currently the company employs three experts and the turnover is over 0.3 M€.
