Protacon invests in sectional drives business

Conquering the business sector is natural extension to Protacon Group’s comprehensive automation and machine control expertise.
Drives business will be lead by two masters, who moved over from Sesca Drives, B.Sc. Risto Tavia and M.Sc. Marko Loisa.

The company is dedicated to strong development and we expect a lot from this business segment”, states about Protacon Ltd’s plans Development Manager, Drives and Automation, Risto Tavia.
“Sectional drives solutions are customer-orientedly integrated to other automation or machine control systems. The customer now receives cost effectively on one stop shop the whole delivery or modernization, from audit to commissioning”, clarifies the customer’s benefits on his part Protacon Ltd’s new Product Manager Marko Loisa.
Drives business includes both single drives as well as sectional drives solutions. Integrated and state-of-the-art control ensures more capacity and reliability for the production. Protacon will focus especially on paper and metal industry flat sheet applications.
