Protacon has acquired a majority holding of a Finnish software company Sysdrone Ltd

With the stock purchase Protacon Group strengthens its .NET technology services.

“Protacon will strongly support Sysdrone’s growths and as a Group its wide-range competence enables us to carry out large entity projects for both our current and new customers”, states Sysdrone Ltd’s CEO Jani Lehtinen.
Sysdrone Ltd is a Finnish software company specialized on .NET technology. Currently the company employs five experts, who offer consultancy and software project services in Microsoft environments.
