Protacon complements its building technique offering by acquiring engineering firm Insinööritoimisto Jouko J Parhiala Ltd

Protacon Engineering Ltd has today acquired the total holding of a Finnish engineering firm Insinööritoimisto Jouko J Parhiala Ltd. The acquisition strengthens Protacon’s position as the electrical planning market leader in building technique in Central Finland.

Insinööritoimisto Jouko J Parhiala Ltd’s resent major projects have been for example the new Palokka shopping center and Synergy Arena renovations in Jyväskylä as well as long time renovations of Jyväskylä University’s main, Sports, Oppio and G buildings.

The company offers demanding electrical planning services especially to the public sector in Central Finland. In addition to the founder himself, Jouko J Parhiala Ltd employs some specialists in the building technique sector indirectly. Company’s turn over this year will exceed 100 000 Euros.
