From 1.1.2012 Protacon Ltd (VAT 2277884-1) is Protacon Group Ltd
Protacon Drives Ltd (VAT 0894048-6), which has been 100% owned affiliated company, name has changed to Protacon Ltd.
All business operations and agreements has transferred from 1.1.2012 to Protacon Ltd (VAT 0894048-6). This arrangement doesn´t effect to our possibility to serve You.
The aim of this change is to create better possibilities to develop our operations and give better response to our clients in a changing environment.
Business transfer also clarifies our company structure.
